Custom Items
Custom-designed furnishings, bedding, accessories, select gifts and clothing, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom are notated as such in the product descriptions. All bedding sold by Ruffles & Cream is custom ordered and made to order. All sales are final on custom orders. Ruffles and Cream cannot accept returns or exchanges of any item marked as "custom made", special order items, COM orders (items created with customers own fabrics), fabric yardage or any custom designed item. ***Note: Custom items ship directly from manufacturers and will arrive separately from the other items in your order and may be exchanged only at customers expense. Tutus are custom made to order and require up 3 weeks to create and ship. If you need your tutu quickly for a birthday, special occasion or holiday, "please order early" or purchase the "rush my custom tutu" in addition to your tutu order. Expedited shipping service can also be purchased. (Excludes 1st Birthday 3 pc Tutu Set which ships immediately if in stock) Non-custom Items
Ruffles and Cream strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an unparalleled shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Simply call us within 10 business days of receipt of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which is valid for 10 business days. Upon receipt of your approved return, Ruffles and Cream will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange. Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded by Ruffles and Cream; all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against lost or damage. If you return an item after the 10 business day window, without a RAN, and/or Ruffles and Cream suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Also, if you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item's purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Shipping Methods and Charges section. We reserve the right to apply up to a 25% restocking fee should the merchandise not be in re-sellable condition.
